He had 2 of the ushers help us find a sweatshirt. I asked if they had a tee shirt or sweatshirt for her to tie around her waist as we had a long walk through the Miracle Mile to get back to our room and it looked like she had just pooped her pants. We waited around after show to talk to him.we had to go find him and go over everything with him he took a picture of my daughter's pants. MICHAEL MOORE the manager was supposed to come and talk with us. He bent down and smelled her seat and confirmed it was soiled. She was gone for quite awhile and an usher came down and told me what the problem was. She had on white pants and noticed that she had a huge yellow and brown stain on her pants from her seat that smelled like urine and feces. She went to the bathroom about half way through the show. When we sat down after a few minutes my daughter said her seat felt damp.The show had started and was very crowded and she thought maybe the couple that was in our seats had spilled their waters.
When we got there an older couple were sitting in our seats, the usher showed them their correct seats one row up. We bought tickets at booth outside Planet Hollywood where we were staying.
